Then, I share 10 simple tools 🛠 that are 💯 guaranteed to work (affirmations, breathing exercises, movement/dance and a few types of simple meditations) to shift your thinking and reactions to things and help you adopt a mindset that serves you. The tools are good for all ages (kids can join too) and levels from beginner to enlightened. They also help when unforeseen WTF situations pop up that could drain or derail you.
